- You can set your mark on Everfuels People & Culture agenda. You will be responsible to bring the People & Culture agenda from business partnering level to strategic level. The organization consists of highly skilled employees and their development, job satisfaction and well-being are of crucial importance for the company growth strategy. Your task is to analyze the “as is” situation on the People & Culture processes and results for example the well-being survey PULS and to build the People & Culture roadmap to support the overall company strategy. Once the plan is approved and communicated you lead the actions and makes it happen.
- You have a significant impact on the daily People & Culture operations in a more operational broad role where you work with the entire People & Culture palette. Everfuel is a SME and therefore you will need to find your way without a big People & Culture department to support you. Your People & Culture Business Partner is on leave so there will be a period where you will be working more operational, with the bonus that you will get deep insights on “as is”. You will need to organize your tasks in a way where you will be able to handle both the strategic tasks as well as making sure the organization is supported on the more operational tasks.

Your primary tasks will include:
- Strategy, actionplans and project management
- Culture, values and People & Culture legal matters
- Developing and implementing people processes
- Recruiting and onboarding in close collaboration with external partners and hiring managers
- Leadership development and 1:1 coaching of managers
The place of work can be either in Høgild at the Everfuel Farm or in Fredericia at Everfuel Tech Centre. You will report to C-level management and will be part of an ever-growing team of motivated people who are dedicated to make green hydrogen for transportation a competitive alternative to fossil fuels – do you want to make an impact on the future? – Then join Everfuel!
Who are you?
You have a relevant educational background most likely on bachelor or master level in Human Resource Management or equivalent. We imagine that you have at least 10 years of experience where you have worked extensively with People & Culture both on a strategic- and a practical level.
As a person you are outgoing and thrive in an environment where you can set your own mark. We expect that you have a structured working approach and that you like working on bigger projects combined with ad-hoc tasks. Furthermore, you are proficient in both written and spoken English. Moreover, we imagine that you:
- Have the desire to work in an independent role
- Thrive in a role with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
- That you possess personal qualities such as empathy and are trustworthy

About Everfuel
Everfuel is a large scale develop, owner and operator of green hydrogen production projects. They develop green field projects and bring them into operation, while supplying green hydrogen throughout Europe. Green hydrogen is a 100% clean fuel produced from renewable energy sources and will play a key role in overcoming Europe's climate challenges. They are based at the Everfuel Farm in Høgild near Herning and in Fredericia, where they are building Europe's largest electrolysis plant to date and new attractive offices.
