YOUR ROLE
Based in Herning, you will be part of a high-tech knowledge center in strong growth. You will become part of our committed project management team and will thus become a key person in projects where you have to gather the threads in close dialogue with business partners and where you take responsibility for your tasks and follow them through to the door.
You get a lot of customer contact and spend a lot of time with your colleagues at our many exciting member companies. They range widely in terms of business and appear to have very different wishes and needs for technical sparring, and at the same time the culture within the mechanical engineering universe can sometimes be experienced as conservative. You will be responsible for national and international research and development projects from the initial idea phase to the finished result, where you will have the opportunity to manage projects at a professionally high international level. Close and present communication will be crucial for your success - both internally, in interaction with various stakeholders and not least with customers. It is about creating a good customer experience and at the same time ensuring a close interaction with your colleagues, so that we achieve the highest possible quality in our deliveries.
YOUR PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
- You work in a structured and quality-conscious manner with an eye for new opportunities
- You have mine. 3 years' experience as a project manager, preferably with EU projects or other fund-financed projects. If you have a technical background, it will be an advantage
- You have documented experience with project management, possibly Prince2 or similar certifications
- You are persistent, as the projects are of longer duration
- You are able to communicate and convey new knowledge
- You are fluent in Danish and English both in writing and speaking
- You have the overview you need to solve several tasks at the same time

- You live in Herning, or want to move to a location within a maximum 45-minute drive from Herning
