About the job and tasks:
You will have reference to Head of Production economy and dotted line to the Factory Manager in Herning. You will have fellowship of two Plant Controllers in Frederikssund and Texas, USA.
Your main tasks:
- Financial responsible for the production economy for the SOEC Stack production in Herning – including OEE and Assert Utilization metrics and Standard Cost Prices
- Site responsible for the production costs (Gross and Net) for Actual, Budget and Forecast numbers and analysis/commentary on variations and development
- Analysis of SOEC Stack Cost Price development
- Plant Maintenance Cost administration and financial sign-off/approval and follow-up on business cases
- Manage all financial aspects of the Cost-Out project portfolio for the Herning Plant and validate all business cases and lean projects
- Support design/configuration/test and signoff of SAP solution for SOEC Stack Production
The new SOEC Stack factory in Herning is currently under construction, hence the first 6-12 month you will be commuting between Herning and our headquarters in Lyngby – approx. 2-3 days every second week. This will be planned in close cooperation with your personal attendings.
This period will give you the opportunity to get to know more new colleagues from the other offices in Denmark, and to be a part of important implementation projects e.g. SAP Finance Design, preparation of relevant financial data and solution tests. You will have a huge impact on the setup in Herning and will have time to spare with colleagues in close collaboration.
Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will have a relevant background in Production Performance Management. This experience may come from Production Controlling, Auditing, Supply Chain Management or other relevant areas.
- You have good experience in Product Cost Optimization
- You have experience with Continuous Improvement
- You may have LEAN experience and/or design of reporting structures

You are outgoing, structured, methodical and proactive.
You are able to commute directly, take responsibility, own decisions, and do not mind lending a helping hand to a colleague from time to time.
